A Breif History: For the first half of my life I thought I was going to be a Doctor but I only wen’t as far as getting my B.S. Biology. My father, Raji Azar Sr. owned several restaurants throughout his life and I began to feel the pull to start food business of my own. Knowing that I love all things custard I started making ice cream at home and ever since then I put down the stethescope and picked up a scooper.
Since I graduated GMU in 2008 I attended Penn States Famed Ice Cream course in 2014 as well as a class over at Anne Arundel Community College.
Going Green
Our goal is to keep things as, Green & local as possible. We use wooden spoons and paper cups whenever possible and have a very close relationship with a distributor from Winchester.
